I have a credit card of RBL Bank 5256 1188 0517 2970 . I want to close this card and for which I have request Bank over mail to close my card on 14th Aug 2020. After one month , my request is not considered by bank till date. It is very difficult to contact them over toll free number and they sent message that they have tried to contact me which is totally wrong. I simply requested to surrender my card bu they are not listening my request. So, I request to please resolve my problem.
