For the PNR KDW96A (Trans ID 2004909452) Spicejet fare INR 15944 is not refunded yet. Simply IRCTC on toll number replied that they have refunded. I enclosed the bank statement of June, July and August,and the confirmation mail received from Spicejet, even my irctc account details to flights@irctc.co.in. Still pending so many mails and so many calls made to toll number but in vain. This was booked for All India LTC as a central government officer. The return ticket fare (Airasia) has been received. Why the onward journey fare is not refunded yet. please do some needful action to refund INR 15944 immediately.
