This is in regards to trip for Mumbai - Goa return (Trip ID: 200122128536) Booked with Cleartrip 24th Mumbai Goa (AIRINDIA) and 27th goa mumbai (Spice Jet) April 2020 . after many followup with cleartrip and airlines they had refunded Ticket amount of 7096/= of Airindia and they had deducted full money of Goa Mumbai Ticket of Spice Jet. Spice Jet said they had maid full refund amount of ticket which is around Rs.8000/= but cleartrip still following the airline for refund as now its 7 months passed. the said travel date is fall between lockdown the flight cancelled by airlines itself. Please guide me how to take refund from cleartrip . they are sending auto generated msg as they r followup with airline they r not available on phone calls. Please guide how to take balance refund from Cleartrip.
