I have done a flight ticked from go airlines and
The flight PNR NO YEZD9X dated 02 june 2020 has been cancelled but i have not got any refund for the same it was done by the yatra.com booking id no 2205200042356
The yatra.com has told that the goair has told that it will be used for same passenger for one year but the ticket was of my relatives and they are not travelling more in this year
The flight was cancelled by the goair and as per the govt of india the airlines have to give full refund for the same
Kindly help me to get the refund
