Dear Sir / Madam, I Have Brought Black Dimond Battery From Shyam Battery, Nandrampur Bass Road, Dharuhera In April 2019. The Battery Brought With 2 Years Replacement Warranty. The Battery Is Heated And Not Given Proper Backup From August 2020 Onwards. I Asked Shyam Battery For This And Return The Battery For Replacement In July 2020. But, Still, The Battery Was Not Replaced By Him. Further, I Request You To Look Into The Matter And Do The Needful. Best regards, Vinod Sharma
