Dear Sir/Madam,
I had done online shopping at kaunsa.com on 10th Oct 2013 (My Order Number Is KA/173069/ABG70QAX) for an Casio watch payment of Rs. 3650/- has done same time by net banking but even after 1 month passed i have not received my delivery yet. couple of time i complained for same but not reply received from their side even they don\'t pickup telephone which given at website.
