Consumer Redressal

AirIndia has created the Credit Voucher for INR 10,816 instead of INR 11635 against the PNR: CT08ZY. In the credit voucher there is a restriction for travelling in the same sector. It is not possible to me to travel from Madurai to Mumbai as I stay in Mumbai. The ticket booked for 11/05/2020 was a return ticket from Madurai to Mumbai as I was visiting the Madurai for family tour and same has been cancelled due to Covid19. Hence it is not possible for my family to travel in same sector in future. Many time I have written to Air India to refund or reissue the credit voucher with flexibility of travelling anywhere in India (from and to). But they are always telling to contact the agent from whom I have booked the ticket but the customer care of GOIBIBO nor their Mail ID is not responding.
