I have booked a flight on 3 SEP 2020 of Name Manjeet Singh Booking Reference LMN55N. Due to some reason, I had to cancel the flight on 4 SEP 2020. Excluding cancellation and convenience charges, It was proposed to refund 2700 rupees within 7 to 10 business days. But the more time has been passed and still, I didn't get my refund. I had also called customer care 3 times, every time they said, payment is declined due to some technical reason. I am fed up with this saying. Please check the matter and resolve the refund problem ASAP and let me know the refund status.
