Consumer Redressal

I had ordered a medicine by name "ALSACTIL" for my wife Mrs Geetha Pradeep from Kerala Ayurveda on keralaayurveda.biz on 01 Sep 20. I tried contacting them on the telephone number provided but the number was not responsive. After that since 18 Sep i have been on chat sessions with Mr Samson of Kerala Ayurveda customercare. On not being satisfied with vague replies given, i asked him for the AWB number. When i checked with the AWB number with Ecom express it shows that the consignment has been booked by Kerala Ayurveda on 12 Sep and it is stuck at Walayar checkpost as on 14 Sep. They too expressed their inability to help. I again contacted Kerala Ayurveda on chat with Mr Samson requesting him to make a refund as there was no hope of delivery of the medicine in the near future. However, Kerala Ayurveda is asking me for more time and then make a refund. Sir, I have waited for 23 days for a medicine to reach me from Kochi to Calicut. I request that the firm be asked to either deliver the medicine immediately through alternate sources or make a refund for me to buy the medicine from elsewhere. Thanking you.
