Completely irresponsible behavior of Spicejet. This has ref to our flight booked during Lockdown dt:-4th April 2020 in Spicejet from Bangalore to Patna , flight number SPICEJET SG-768PNR and MekeMyTrip booking id for the same- NF79136260265326 , NO of persons traveling 2. In-spite of clarification from DGCA ( Dir General of Civil Aviation ) , they r not replying to any of our mails regarding refund , neither calls us what's the status & are enforcing PNR in credit shell with conditions. But I want full refund. Please look into the matter and help me getting my money back from this irresponsible airline - SPICEJET.
