1. I already have filed a consumer complaint (a small issue) under CPA 1986 against Amazon where they will file WS next week.
2. Now I plan to file under CPA 2019 for things like non-refund for returned items, non-credit of cash upload, selling beyond MRP, products without statutory labelling, products not as per web-site description, etc.
Since this issue affects thousands of other consumers too, I was wondering if you could join in to make it a class action suit.
