I have worked with capgemini for more than 8 years and left Capgemini in 2014. When i used to work in Capgemini, UAN system was not there and Capgemini had their own PF trust. After Leaving Capgemini, i have asked for PF transfer and they closed the request saying it is transferred. But it didnt come to my current PF account. I have been following up with them since long but not getting help. Sometime they say it is in Pune Regional office, some time they say it is in Thane regional office. I cant even submit the request online as there is some issue in the data they have for me. Please help.
