Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, we are senior citizens booked spice jet three air tickets by flight SG634 from Mumbai to Bangalore for 11 th April 2020 on 22 January 2020. total amount is Rs 6300.00 paid to spice jet. The PNR no-GFUVNK.(Me, my wife immadi rohini devi, grandson of 6 years Aadyant Nyayapati) Since the flights were cancelled due to lock down period , the spice jet airline was telling the refund is not possible and the amount is in the credit shell till February 2021. As i am 70 years old ,me and my wife will not be able to travel in the present situation . I request to you to please use your office to direct the spice jet so as to enable me to get the refund of money spent by me. Thanking you, Immadi Bhimeswara Rao
