Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I am sending herewith the complaint against ASIAN PAINTS.I have painted my Flat through ASIAN PAINTS HOME SOLUTION . After paint job finish in the month of February-13 within four months of time the many CRACK & FLAKING observed in my Bed Room & Drawing Room. I have lodge the complaint verbal & written with Asian Paints but they did not bothered to even give reply. After repeated follow up their Technician visited my flat and given the decision that it is not company flat but looking to loyal customer he is agreed to reimburse half expenses. As per contract it is under full warranty for First year. I am attaching copy of letter send to Asian Paints and request to take up the matter suitably. With regards B N JOSHI AHMEDABAD MOB 9724314225
