Booked 2 tickets during Jan 2020 for travel through emirates airlines to Los Angeles via Dubai. Travel dates 10th April 2020. Had to cancel due to flights cancelled due to COVID-19. Refund for one ticket was received on 9th June 2020. But till date no refund for the other ticket . I have made several calls and sent mails. But till date no refund . Only a auto mail reply that we will get back.
Please advise how to go about this.
