Good evening sir,
Sir we have to complain in boat earphone.The situation occurr is I buy the earphone in december.so in covid time in may my earphone is not working.so I will complain to boat so the replacement is ear phone is occur but after sometime the company have not received the complain and I m mail to 10 times but not action it.Ticket number is 1143228.
Sir please make sure the action
In this condition we have maximum amount of online class so need of earphone is soo much
Pls help
