Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I was employed with a private limited company for 2 years and 9 months who was maintaining the PF contribution in their own exempted trust. I left the job and employed into another company who maintains PF balance at RPF and created a new UAN for me. Once my new account was opened, I requested for transfer of my PF balance from exempted trust to RPF maintained by EPFO and it was successfully completed, however the employment details for such 2 years 9 months was not updated in my service history, due to which my total employment is appearing less than 60 months. I would like to raise PF advance claim for purchasing house property however the period of service i.e. less than 60 months is not allowing me to raise such claim online. I tried to connect with RPF officers, however during the current scenario, I am unable to obtain any response from their end. Please help me out in getting my employment history updated incorporating the employment details with the exempted trust. Thanks and Regards, Sarvesh Jhunjhunwala
