Consumer Redressal

Respected Sir/Madam, I am AMAN KUMAR PURBEY from BIHAR . I have taken admission FOSTIIMA BUSINESS SCHOOL,(75-76, Amrit Nagar, South Extn., Part-1, New Delhi-110003) on 25th march 2013 for MBA+PGPM course . I have deposited Registration fee ie; Rs.15000 (25th march 2013) and 1st installment of Admission fee ie; Rs. 50000 (10th April 2013 in ”HDFC BANK” ) , in total Rs. 15000+ Rs. 50000 = Rs. 65000. Due to sudden fall in my economical conditions I won’t be able to continue my studies this year so I request for the cancellation of my admission and my fees to be refunded. Sir, I have already sent an email to the college but I am not getting any proper response from them. The college officials are not giving any response. Also i have call them college more than 50times, but he said mai krwata hu…avi director nhi hai, aap one weak baad call kare, aapka cheque ban rha hai etc..During telephonic conversation of the Director they used to give me dates, then they said that my fees will be refund
