Consumer Redressal

Respected Sir, My parents flight from Nagpur to Mumbai flight no G8-2607 ,PNR no W1NI8B scheduled on 26-08-2020 was cancelled by Go air airline. we do not want to reschedule my flight on any other date and requested the airline to refund my ticket amount Of Rs.6944 immediately. However I am not getting any response from the airline. I have given complaint through mail to feedback@goair.in for the refund to the airline and to make my trip However the same is not resolved till date. I have tried to cancel the ticket through make my trip app but it was showing that the flight was operational. Have mailed the complaint to feedback.goair.in but till date I have not received any reply from the airline. Tried to contact customer care no of the airline but nobody is picking up the phone to receive my complaint. since my parents had connected journey from Mumbai I had make alternate arrangements to reach there and now don't want to reschedule my journey on any other alternate date. I am following up the matter since 22/08/2020 but till date I have not received any response in this regard.
