I have ordered expensive furniture online by paying full amount to "Royaloakindia.com" on 27th July 2020; as per the confirmed order the delivery of these furniture items was to be done before 11-Aug-2020. All my efforts to contact them by email, whatsapp, phone have gone to deaf ears as they are not bothered to respond to my communications. My Order No: RPY0054388.
One my colleagues advised me to place my complaint with "cosnumerredressal.com"
