Consumer Redressal

I had booked a ticket from Kuwait to Delhi. After the pandemic began and the State was on lockdown, the airlines had refunded the amount to Via.com, the site from which I had made the booking. Even after sending multiple mails and messages to Via.com, there has been no proper response nor any clarification regarding the refund procedure. I tried calling them, but the phone rings and is put on hold for more than half an hour. I have been constantly trying to get in contact with Via.com to get my money refunded, but there has been no response. Given the global pandemic and the accompanied financial crunch, getting this refund of almost 1 lakh becomes even more important. Kindly provide some means to get the money refunded as soon as possible. The same issue of refund is also present wit Air India.
