Dear sir I live in Canada and booked online via travel agent Goibibo travels in February 2020 for travel between September 3-28, 2020. The flights were cancelled and so they sent me an email dated August 6, 2020 telling me that they would refund the money via the original mode of payment which was Visa debit so the money should go directly back to the card and the card would return the money to my bank - ICICI Bank - India. So far it has been over 14 days and no refund. They keep saying that the refund has been initiated but I think that they are lying based on so many reviews on Facebook messenger. Please help with the refund, the amount is Rupees 1,22,659 because they deducted convenience fees. Thank you.
