On 21/7/2020 i had ordered football jersey from playing eleven site today is 20/8/2020 and its nearly a month item is not delivered to me and there is no response since the month i have been putting mails and mails from past 1 month they some of the employee yesterday contacted me on my Instagram (social media app) saying that order is delivered and we cant help it i had to forcefully take action against them by sending their shipment mail "which was stating that order is not dispatched from the warehouse".
I have paid the amount online from "RAZOR PAY WAS THE FINANCE PARTNER"and my order number was#3499 total amount was Rs.1342 including taxes {CGST Rs.142.50 & Rs. SGST 142.50} they are refunding my money back and stating that gst will not be given .
My question to them was when i have not got your product why will you not pay me the tax?? this is serious concern if you visit their site there are more and more mails and negative messages to this site.
