Hello Sir/ Madam,
I booked an Indigo flight, PNR - IIN7FJ, for the round trip travel : Kochi-Vadodara-Kochi which was cancelled by the Indigo airlines due to COVID situation. I had been contacting them through emails and customer care service to get the refund from day 1 onwards till now; without any positive outcome. They are saying that my flight charges is in their credit shell which can be used in one year and that they will not refund the amount. As there is no need for me now to travel in the near future, there is no point for me to have a credit shell which will get expired in another 6 months. I mentioned this multiple times in all my emails; but they are not listening at all. They are dragging my case without any valid reason with the so-called "credit shell"; so that it will get expired soon. This will give them the chance to say that the "credit shell" and the amount got cancelled as it was not being used; thereby giving them a chance to get away with my money. This cannot be accepted at all.
If I cannot travel, then what is the point in having a "credit shell"; which I cannot use at all.
Hence, requesting you to take action for refunding my amount at the earliest.
Thanks and regards,
Neetha. G. Prakash
