Consumer Redressal

Sir, My name is Godine Raja Sekhar. I booked a flight from Osaka to the Bengaluru round trip for the date 03.03.2020 and return journey on 06.04.2020 through MakeMyTrip agency in AirAsia airlines. Booking PNR : E39T2D. But the flight from Osaka to Bengaluru on 03.03.2020 "XJ613" did not operate by airlines. So my whole journey got disturbed. I applied for a refund for the whole journey and the refund has been approved from Airlines, But MakeMyTrip is not processing refund into my account. And I have booked one ticket from Osaka to Bengaluru on 03-07-2020. This flight is cancelled due to COVID-19. I have applied for a refund with PNR number K6FSD4 on Malasian Airlines, but they are not ready to refund my fare, instead they are offering credits for which i am not interested. . Due to the prevailing conditions i will not be travelling in the near future. When Indian railways is refunding, Airlines should also refund the money instead of providing Credit Shell. I was communicating with the airlines for refund and they are reluctant to pay me back. Kindly help me out in this issue.
