I did a booking of flight from Pune --> Shrinagar for 8th July 2020 which was adjusted by the Airline as Pune--> Delhi --> Shrinagar. Airline cancelled a flight from Delhi to Shrinagar, because of which i had no option than cancelling the flight as there was no other available option with me to travel from Delhi to Shrinagar. I did a request for refund on 7th July and till now I have't received any update from them. the only update which i have received is "If claim is approved, expect refund by 31st July-5 Aug". These dates are already passed and I haven't received single penny from Airlines.
Please help me on this concern. This ticket was booked for my friend from the Indian Army and timeline was very important for him to reach Shrinagar.
