Dear Sir,
This is with reference that i had Purchase one samsung Galaxy S4 Dated 11th sept 2013 from IT Logistics sector -17 Main Road Gurgaon @37635. The merchant had given me the condition that if i purchase from citi bank credit card it will be on 6 months EMI and 15 % cashback on the total amount which will be credited in your account every month.
Now the amount is not converted into EMI or I had not recieved any cash back. Mr. Aditya( IT logistics owner) if making me fool that EMI will be converted and you will get the cashback. But still there is no result. Inspite of that bank is applying interest charges. I am paying the minimum amount every month.
Kindly look into this matter.
