Dear Sir, as par below statement i have mail many times in sbi for below complaint but there was no action for my complaint and they charges penalty every month but i have not received any credit card and i have recieved mail from SBI that your card is return in SBI due to non proper address but sbi charges fees & late payment & penalty and major is no action of my compaint and credit score is effect on them so plz help for this case i have lost our card as par no. 4207399164869694 and pay all bill of this card. I have not received any card but you charge annual fees I do not know for your charges and you send account statement make charges on for your fees only because I have not make any transaction with your card now you charge Rs 2372 late fees & interest and Rs 590 is annual fees total bill amount 2962 its all bill is only annually fees & late payment no single entry of any purchase transaction so plz reverse late fees & penaulty due to my card is lost & I have not received any card and i am lost our register mobile number now my new no is 9760868873 plz contact me on this no. for further new communication. i have been complaint many times in SBI card grievance cell also but no reply now i am going to complain in banking ombudsman and consumer court for making unauthorized charges due to not received any new credit card but you raised charges plz call as par given below mobil no for detail Nitin Kumar 9760868873
