Sir,
I have booked 5 tickets between Delhi and Bangalore(PNR No- CPKITR ) for 23May2020 on 10Jan2020. The flights are cancelled and my Airlines(INDIGO) is not ready to refund my fare, instead they are offering credits for which i am not interested. . Due to the prevailing conditions i will not be travelling in the near future. When Indian railways refunded me for my ticket from Bangalore to Delhi, Airlines should also refund the money instead of providing Credit Shell. I was communicating with the airlines for refund and they are reluctant to pay me back.
