We had booked ticket through makemytrip from mumbai to New Zealand.Due to covid-19,the flights got cancelled and airline agreed to give full refund.Its been 5 months we are following up with the makemytrip,but we havent received any refund till date.They are saying its pending from the airliness and airline has given approval in MArch itself.We are stuck..Dont know whom to approach. Ticket amount is Rs 73,292 Flight NZ 3201
