Dear Sir,
We have received your statement as per below mail and find out that you have charged 3483.36 min balance charges and 204.71 atm half charges.
Can you explain to me all the charges being bearing on me on the closing day of my account?
As per minimum balance of J & K is 2000/- and how can I be charged in my account.? When the account balance is 3758 then why are you charged for minimum balance.
Request you to please reverse my balance.
