Dear Sir,
My self kumar shubham from arm forces, i am frequent passenger of Spice jet flight for port Blair to Kolkata and back. Sir i have booked a flight (SG-254, PNR No.- VCMJXJ) for myself, wife and child on 17 Feb 2020 for fly on 26 Apr 2020, but due to national closed down be didn't fly and my amount for the same was credited at spice jet credit cell. Still sir we don't know when we will use that amount for the next journey due to service requirement or covid-19 situation in every state. Sir same message i have already convey to CEO of spice jet on 12 Jul, but he didn't reply.
So, it is requested to re-credit /refund my complete amount to my account(i.e. 30454177864) by spice jet credit cell sir.
