The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a flight from Chennai (MAA) to Thiruvananthapuram (TRV) with goibibo.
PNR NO# ELGZKQ
Travel date was 12/May/2020.
They have cancelled the flight. And I have not received the refund. They say refunded in their website. Ticket is with additional Cancellation Protection plan.
It occurred on: 12/05/2020
I paid Rs 7878 for the ticket. I need full refund since I did not cancel the flight. But they did. But I have paid for cancellation protection plan as well.
