Myself Babu Rao was working with DISH TV India Ltd as a Team Leader for sister concern (Integrated Subscriber Management Services Ltd in FC-19 SECTOR 16 A NOIDA -201301 and the Regd company address is B-10 Essel House Lawrence Road Industrial Area N-Delhi -110035 from 20th Jan 2007 and left the organization on 1st May 2008 without serving notice period as my father was down with cancer and could not get a chance to serve notice although i did submit my resignation to my reporting Manager Lucky Kapoor but till date i have not able to claim my Provident fund money due to non co-operation of the HR team as last year i went to Delhi and spoke to Ravinder in the HR team to give me all the required documents to claim my PF but he says you wont be getting anything as you did not serve notice and do not bother us anymore and you we are Essel group of companies and the we are empowered to do anything as per our whims and fancies and i was shocked to receive such vague answers from such a big
