Consumer Redressal

We have booked the ticket through easemytrip on 22-2-2020 from Dhaka to Delhi for 22-5-2020 and reschedule on from Delhi to Dhaka for 31-5-2020. Due to covid the all flights were cancelled and we had applied for refund. I am regularly mail to Easemytrip but not response. Answer is that when the airline will refund then we will refund. We asked to airline also but they had refuse to tell us any thing as the answer was that you had deposited the payment to agency and only agency can claim from us, go to agency and demand from there for any refund. In this situation what should be done. Please advise.
