Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring in your kind notice that I have booked my flight ticket with "Go Air", PNR No-N8M3GJ from Bengaluru to Jaipur on 8th June 2020 of Rs.3670/-, Flight noG8 805. Because of COVID pandemic "Go Air" canceled all the flights. I keep on mailing them to refund my whole amount, but it seems they are not interested to refund my money instead keep on sending me promotions related mails every now and then. It is almost being one and a half months, but I have not yet got my money back.
I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter and ask the "Go Air" to refund my money at the earliest. For your reference, I am forwarding you all the trailing mails and also attached the flight ticket which I booked.
Kindly do the needful.
