Makemytrip is not refunding the amount(rs 27930)for the two cancelled PNR numbers A7J6VF and ZHRHHH(they were cancelled by me even before flights were cancelled enmass). It is three months since it was cancelled. They are not reachable at all. When I checked in SpiceJet website mentioning PNR numbers it says money refunded to MakeMyTrip. Spicejet is not interested in taking up my case with MakeMyTrip. They simply say I have to contact them only who we cannot contact for refund query. Same problem is there with Goibibo also for SpiceJet PNR ZHRHHH(rs3646)
