Dear sir
I had booked my flight - 2 person from Mumbai to&fro Boston - April /May,20.
The flights were cancelled by the airlines & Cleartrip assured me in writing that the 100% refund will be provided to me in June,20.
However, now for last one & half month, they just giving lame excuses like Covid situation, less staff etc. Now, they have stopped replying to me mails. Why such a long delay for refunding my own amount for no fault of mine.
Please update me on the same.
