I booked flight tickets for 4 persons from Guwahatti to Kolkatta by GoAir Airlines

Due to cancellation of flight services, we could not travel and hence I request them to refund the full fare to my account and do needful.
i sent this mail on 18 th june and the same day itself they acknowledged my mail also.
Whereas they have sent a flight ticket from GUWAHATI to KOLKATTA on 13 th september without my request.
I will not accept this, so kindly help me to get my refund at the earliest.
