I have booked flight tickets in Indigo Airlines to travel from Chennai to Varanasi and return trip. Travel dates are March 26th and 31st of 2020. We got announcement on March 23rd that all flights are cancelled from March 24th due to COvid. I cancelled my flight tickets.
They issued me credit memo for Rs.40,000/-
Subsequently they refunded only Rs.1,700/- when I call customer care, they are saying tat credit memo is not valid for my travel.

Please help me in getting full refund.
