abusive and threatening owner Pratap and delivery of defective products This is to inform that this (Himalay Furniture)company delivered all the defective products which includes Sofa and centre table with stools , in around 3 months time only all the stitching is coming out of sofa , head rest broken and wood of stools and table have got lot of cracks This is the worst store in terms i ordered sofa and center table 2 months before Diwali and got it 1 month after Diwali , then they prepared sofa of very cheap quality and all the cushions and seats were gone in 15 days that too when they say they give guarantee of 5 years after that owner Mr Pratap who hardly ever picks the call somehow picked the call and finally decided that they will correct it , they took sofa and center table along with 4 stools which were rubbish , they brought that back after 20 days after multiple follow ups then again sofa leg was broken and cloth was torn they said that they will send someone to fix once they will pick table , after 10 days they picked up table and returned after 15 days after multiple followups and again now its condition was worst , now when i called after 5 days again they said that guy Vikram has left so talk to owner and owner as usual never picks the call . Suddenly when i was calling on Pratap number he never picked but then Pragya sales person picked call on his phone and said stop calling us ,then once i got the final deliver i messaged pragya (sales lady) on whatsapp and then Pratab answered and called from her phone and abused me saying that he will come to my house and will teach a lesson if i call again . its better to take furniture from some renowned shop this is worst in Bangalore in terms of service.
