Consumer Redressal

1- PNR Y7EBC from Delhi to Jodhpur airline Air India dated 22nd December 2019 2- PNR H5C4HA from Kochi to Delhi Airline Air Asia dated 5th July 2020 it is canceled by air Asia before 2 days from date of fly. 1st Instance:- I would bring to your kind notice that I had booked ticket from Delhi to Jodhpur and cancelled my journey plan on 14th December 2019 from day I was followed with them but they did not refund my money even though I had sent a mail copy to Air India chairman but still not get any response nor money. The 2nd stance:- I had booked my ticket from Kochi to Delhi and first Air Asia post phone the time of flight and next day they have cancelled the flight. I had written several mail to them but they repeatedly saying that quote “ become a member of BIG Member account” unquote I am not interested therir this credit policy. Please advice me how can get my refund fro these airlines.
