Dear Sir, I on behalf of my company IFE Foods, placed order for one unit of SRC 70-90 psi Hydro Pneumatic Air Riveter SRC -56p on INDUSTRYBUYING.COM on 9th July'20. At the time of order placement i was told they will dispatch within 4-5 days. It is pre-paid order and item required is critical and urgent. I followed up on 15th, 17th, 18th and even today on 20th July. Every time, i am told that order is packed and will be dispatched within 24 hours. My money is tied up with them. On their portal "Track Order" menu is not working. This raises doubt about functioning of this online shopping portal. Currently, i am extremely dependent on this ordered item to repair my machinery and resume production. I never thought of such delay. Sir, i appeal your office to intervene and help me out. Thank you
