I booked flight through IRCTC air for Go air flight on 17/07/20 from Patna to Goa having PNR ODB96X, Which was cancelled from go air 2 day before. I received msg for cancellation claiming due to covid issues beyond their control. But till now no response of customer care and mail came even calling for many times. Plz look into issue.
