NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE -Air line had cancelled the flight on 27/05/2020 from New York to Barcelona due to COVID 19. My ticket was booked thru' Goibibo. I had requested Goibibo to refund the ticket amount since 50 days, but not cared for my request. But the airline had refunded the extra luggage charges paid since it was directly paid to the airline. My doubt is the Goibibo might have held my money even after refunded by the air line. Pl. help me to get the refund from Goibibo.
