Above ticket was booked by my daughter for travelling from BLR to AGR on 04.07.2020, by Indigo. The ticket was booked through via.com. The flight was cancelled. However, refund is still awaited.
On contact, airlines claims to have refunded the fare to via.com, who are neither responding emails nor picking the phone (080-46414141) listed on their website as support.
It is requested that the refund may please be granted.
