Consumer Redressal

I am one of the residents of Windsor park society in vaibhav Khand , indirapuram , Ghaziabad .. we Have one General store by the name of Rangmani store in our society, and the owner of this store generally keeps Expired eatables in his shop, if some body complaints he never accept and abuse the customers also because he very well knows that due to this COVID 19 problems we have the dependency on him as we cannot go outside for buying all of the daily food items... Need the correct concerned authority to take the appropriate action as he is playing with the health of all the residents... this store already has lots of complaints against him.. please initiate the actions so that i need not to go to the higher authorities..
