On April 13 , ordered Life saving Drugs including Diabetes , Hypertension , Allergy & Depression from Hebin Medicals , Muppathadam to be shipped to USA with proper Customs Records & Latest Original Prescriptions by DHL Express as per their arrangement with CM , Kerala. This was returned from Delhi and shipped again by DHL Express vide waybill 1427107835 on May 12 on an emergency basis. Neither the medicines nor any information from DHL Express received till date to US address. As per Rohit Mishra Claims Advisor ,DHL Express , Kerala medicines handed over to Hebin Medicals on June 24 vide waybill 9516313391 after collecting further 8666.22 from Hebin Medicals. We have been living without medicines from April 30 , waiting for a solution by DHL Express , Kerala with considerable side effects due to lack of medicines which are not available in US. Rohit Mishra is adamant in settling the dispute in a normal manner. Therefore this complaint is being lodged by V.HARIHARAN from US as lockdown has resulted in termination of International Flights.
