I've made a Flight booking through OTA ( Cleartrip) for travel on 12.06.2020 from Visakhapatnam to Imphal. The ticket got cancelled by Airline (Indigo) and created a Credit Shell for Rs. 14,062/-instead of refund.
I request you to kindly arrange for refunding the amount of Rs. 14,062/- to my account as i've made the bookin gthorugh another website and the Credit Shell is useless for me now.
