I booked two tickets through goAir :

Pune to Delhi :-pnr:A9KNGD 20th March 2020
Delhi to Pune :-pnr:IDQF7U 24th March 2020
although both tickets were cancelled by airline and I did not got refund yet .
I requested through e-mail earlier but no response yet . I booked tickets in EMI
's and bank is charging me penalty .
